Men (a minimum of 18 years of age) a part of the Usher & Serving Team help create an environment of honor, respect, and care for the mothers attending. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and escorting the moms from the entrance of the program room to their seat at the dinner tables. In this role, you will also be assigned tables to serve the meal and keep beverages filled. In addition, you will assist with distributing prizes, game supplies, and the parting gift bags during the program. At the conclusion of the evening, you will pack up the decorations from the tables in which you served and other decor from the program room.
Each person in your household who would like to volunteer the night of the event (regardless of age) will need to complete the registration process. Any youth desiring to volunteer may do so in a Children's Room (5th grade and younger) or as part of the set up or tear down teams. Children who need care while parent(s) serve may be included with an adult registration.
Specific details about where and when to meet and other important information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive upon registering. With the exception of the set-up team, all serving areas require a background check be performed on all individuals 18 and older. The link to complete this will also be included in the confirmation email.
Dinner will be provided for all volunteers.
