This Single Moms Group meets Wednesday evenings at Woodland Hills Church of Christ in Pleasant Hill. The group meets on a weekly basis, September through May*, allowing single moms time to connect with others walking a similar journey and, together, seek what matters most. At each gathering, single moms can expect time to share, listen, laugh, and grow while participating in relevant studies in a healthy, encouraging environment.

Study: In addition to the connection time that happens, this group will be going through the study, Perfect Love by Lisa Harper. What does every girl want? We all want to be known and loved. But what does that really mean? Using real-life stories from other women, the author illustrates how an ancient love story is relevant to your life and relationship with Jesus. Learn how to embrace God’s perfect love and realize your own beauty and worth in God’s eyes.

Everyone is welcome to begin the evening at 6:00PM with a brief worship service (optional), followed by dinner for moms and their children from 6:20-7:00PM with moms then meeting from 7:00-8:00PM. 

Children and youth programming happens during the group meeting time and is provided through Woodland Hills Church of Christ. IGNITE is available for youth 6th through 12th grade. SPARKS programming is available for children 1st through 5th grade.
