In addition to the Programs & Services provided by Single Parent Provision, we are constantly seeking other resources relevant for single parent families. If you are a single parent wanting more information about what resources are available in your community, we would be glad to share the resources we are aware of with you.
| Highlighted ResourcesHere are a handful of resources you may find helpful: EDUCATION and GROWTH The NetSmartz website is a fantastic resource on online safety for parents and kids, with helpful information for kids K-12th grade. Helpful Articles: Be reminded of how to genuinely love others and help your kids do the same by being a contributor, not consumer, of love in this article by Focus on the Family. CCEF has an excellent article about parenting a difficult child. This is a great article from Focus on the Family about helping your kids live with empathy. This Family Life article talks about dealing with anxiety in back-to-school decisions. GROCERIES Join Hope + Elim, one of our amazing Church Partners, for a hot meal, live music, and a chance to connect with others. These events will be held Wednesdays 5:00-6:30pm. If finances are feeling tight, picking up a free food box may help ease the strain.
